HPL is the perfect material for wall and ceiling panels for a cleanroom. It contains layers of fibres embedded with resin. They are subjected to a high-pressure process with heat and pressure. It causes fluidisation and polycondensation of the resins. It results in a homogeneous, anti-scratch, non-porous material, antibacterial laminate panel. It is sealed with an aluminium framework.
